Judge the delivery target first

If a shaped sponge or foam product is sold, it may belong to the article; if a blowing agent, adhesive, prepolymer or liquid mixture is sold, the SDS obligation is usually judged by the substance or mixture.

What's needed

Complete formulations, residual monomers or volatiles, flame retardants, blowing agents, physicochemical and toxicological data, uses and target countries should be collected.The SDS cannot be prepared based on the name of the production process alone, nor can the raw material SDS be directly copied as the finished product SDS.

Transport classification and general chemical hazard classification should also be judged separately.
