Basic requirements

Emergency contact information shall be provided in SDS Part 1.The number entered must be authentic, accessible, and able to provide emergency and safety information about the product; public hotlines or other business numbers should not be copied at will.

Practical Advice

• Indicate the service time and language;
• Check the unit to which the number belongs and the authorization;
• Ensure that the recipient has the product SDS and emergency information;
• Synchronously update SDS and tag related information when the number changes.

China's hazardous chemicals should also comply with the current requirements of the Hazardous Chemicals Safety Law and GB/T 16483.
