Hazardous Chemical Requirements
The Hazardous Chemicals Safety Law of the People's Republic of China came into effect on May 1, 2026.Hazardous chemical production enterprises and import enterprises shall provide the safety technical specifications of Chinese cultural chemicals in line with the products, and set the Chinese safety labels on the packaging; when selling hazardous chemicals, the purchaser shall also be provided with compliant SDS.
Standard basis
Classification and labeling shall be combined with GB 30000 series; SDS commonly used GB/T 16483-2008 and GB/T 17519-2013; labeling shall be implemented in accordance with the current GB 15258-2009.
