Customer problem: Screen cleaning wipes are composed of carrier materials and impregnation solutions. The original English materials do not fully explain the basis for the classification of the mixture. SDS and label information also need to be unified.

What we do:

1. Check the complete formula of the impregnation solution, the concentration of each component and the SDS of the raw material;
2. re-examine the hazard classification of the mixture in accordance with the requirements of the target market;
3. Review and revise part 16 of SDS in accordance with reach Annex II and applicable revision requirements;
4. Check the consistency of CLP label elements, product identification, supplier information and SDS;
5. Prompt target member countries for language, emergency phone, and market launch information requirements.

The customer needs to provide: complete formula, raw material SDS, finished product physicochemical data, packaging label, purpose, target country and existing documents.

Deliverables: English SDS, label consistency review comments and modification instructions; multilingual versions can be adapted according to the target country.

Delivery cycle: After the initial review and confirmation of the materials, the regular project is usually 3–5 working days; after confirmation of urgent, the urgent package is delivered as soon as possible on the same day.

Outcome: documentation developed for further review and market compliance communication between the client and the EU buyer.
